Sandro has been part of the food service industry in Western Canada for over 35 years. With those years of experience, Sandro brings a vast knowledge of commercial equipment and his understanding of building relationships with customers in order to provide the best support in the industry. Starting off his career with a small dealer in Edmonton, Sandro is now one of the leaders in Western Canada in the food service industry and has been a Manufacturers Representative with Montpellier for over a decade.

With over 45 years of experience in the Foodservice and Hospitality industry, James bring a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to support efficient, effective operations. For more than 20 of those years, James has worked as a Manufacturers Representative in the commercial foodservice equipment and smallware's space—partnering with dealers and end-users to find the right solutions for their unique needs. James career has been built on strong relationships, product knowledge, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Ryan Lewis
Ryan Lewis has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, blending culinary expertise with strategic business insight. He is a Red Seal Certified Chef, trained in Europe, and began his culinary career in Calgary, Alberta. His background includes work in Michelin-starred restaurants and 5-star hotels across Europe and Canada. Years spent in Germany enriched his culinary skills and cultural understanding. In the past 20 years, Ryan has transitioned into sales and business development within the hospitality sector. He currently leads business development at Montpellier and Associates in British Columbia, driving growth through client-focused strategies.

Mark Thiessen
Born in Vancouver, BC, Mark developed a passion for cooking at an early age in his mother’s kitchen. After graduating from culinary school in Maple Ridge, Mark spent 20 years building a strong foundation in the food industry, working in a variety of restaurants and hotels. He then transitioned into food brokerage, including nine successful years with Heinz Canada. For the past nine years, Mark has specialized in foodservice equipment sales.

With two decades of experience in the foodservice industry, including 10 years as a professional chef, Collin brings a comprehensive understanding of culinary operations and industry standards. Collins background includes hands-on experience at a leading foodservice equipment dealer, enhancing his ability to deliver strategic and practical solutions across the industry. Collin is CFSP certified, providing the foundation for delivering informed, solutions-driven support that aligns with the evolving needs of the foodservice industry.

Jasmine Urritia
Jasmine is a driven sales professional with 19 years of experience in the food service industry. From graduating with a Diploma in Hospitality Management, to managing Multi-Unit Accounts for a large food equipment dealer, to specializing in promoting innovative solutions to the industry as a Manufacture Sales Rep, she continues to educate and build lasting relationships. She is focused on providing exceptional customer service by her attention to detail and determination to support the dealers, operators, and consultants.

Coming from outside the hospitality industry, Adam brings different experiences from a variety of fields to the team. Having been a reporter and working in media for over 5 years, Adam is able to retain information and has a keen eye to focus on the small details. Possessing skills and understanding of technology, Adam is a professional when it comes to modern commercial equipment as the landscape continues to evolve into new systems. These skills have allowed Adam to be successful in the sales world.
